These Terms govern your access to and use of Best Pump Bot (the “Service”), operated by Best Pump Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does
Best Pump Bot is a Solana Volume Bot for Pump.fun that automates buy and sell activity across many separate Solana wallets, together with optional auto-comments and auto-favorites, to build on-chain and social activity for a token you control. You configure and run every campaign yourself from the browser dashboard.
3. Eligibility & your responsibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use automated trading tools and to trade the assets involved. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws, regulations and platform rules (including those of Pump.fun, Raydium and Solana) that apply to you. You use the Service at your own risk.
4. Pricing — flat 2% commission
The Service charges a flat 2% commission on the target volume you request. That commission covers Solana network fees, priority fees, Jito tips, wallet funding, auto-comments and auto-favorites. Pricing shown on the site is the only charge; we do not run hidden fees. If you stop a session early, unused deposit is returned to your wallet as described on the site.
5. Non-custodial operation
The Service is non-custodial. You fund a deposit wallet that you control; we never request your primary wallet’s private key and never take custody of your primary funds. Ephemeral session sub-wallets are generated from your deposit and discarded at the end of a session.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, market manipulation prohibited by applicable law, fraud, or to harm third parties.
- Do not target tokens or wallets you do not own or are not authorised to promote.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
7. No financial advice & illustrative data
Nothing on this site or in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Any live-looking metrics, logs, latencies or counters shown on the website are illustrative, client-side simulations of the dashboard interface — they are not real-time platform data, audited statistics or performance guarantees. We do not guarantee any trending rank, volume outcome, price movement or financial result. Trading memecoins is high-risk and you can lose funds.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. On-chain conditions, network congestion and third-party services (RPC providers, DEXes, relays) are outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Pump Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost funds, or trading losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
