Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Best Pump Labs (“we”, “us”), operator of Best Pump Bot, handles personal data. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.

1. Controller

2. What we collect

  • Messages you send us — if you use the contact form or live-message box, we receive the email address and message you provide, so we can reply.
  • Campaign configuration — when you launch a campaign, the settings you choose (target volume, duration, wallets, the token contract address, and engagement options) are stored on our server under a random, anonymous identifier kept in your browser’s local storage. This identifier is not linked to your name or wallet keys.
  • Technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) generated automatically when you visit, used for security and to operate the site.

We do not collect your primary wallet’s private keys, and the Service never asks for them.

3. Local storage & cookies

We use your browser’s local storage to keep an anonymous client identifier so your dashboard can show the campaigns you created on that device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If website analytics are enabled in future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Third parties we rely on

  • Solana RPC provider — token contract addresses you enter are sent to a Solana RPC service to read public on-chain metadata.
  • QR code generation — a payment QR image may be generated via a third-party QR service from the payment address shown to you.
  • Web fonts — fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the files.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it except as needed to run the Service or where required by law.

5. Why we process data (legal bases)

We process data to provide and secure the Service (performance of a contract and our legitimate interests) and to respond to your enquiries (your request and our legitimate interest in replying). Where required, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

6. Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Campaign records are kept on a rolling basis and older entries are pruned automatically. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutettu).

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
